By using multiplextorontobuilders.ca you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. These terms cover use of the website only. Any project we take on is governed by a separate written agreement.

Guides, price bands, timelines, calculators and zoning information on this website are general information only. They are not legal, financial, planning or engineering advice, and they are not a quote. Zoning rules, building code requirements, development charges and program terms change. Always confirm current requirements for your property, and rely only on a written feasibility report or contract for decisions.

4. Pricing

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Published price bands are estimates based on typical projects. A fixed price is issued only in a written contract after a feasibility report and design scope. Land, financing, development charges and other items may be excluded unless the contract says otherwise.

5. Feasibility Reports

Feasibility assessments are prepared for the property and purpose you describe. They reflect information available at the time, including zoning and site data. We are not responsible for decisions made on a report after its circumstances change.

6. Warranty

Our written workmanship warranty and any Tarion new home warranty coverage are set out in each project contract. Nothing on this website creates a warranty beyond what is in your signed agreement.

Text, graphics, logos, drawings and images on this website belong to Multiplex Toronto Builders or its licensors and are protected by copyright. Drawings prepared for a client are covered by that client's contract.

To the extent permitted by law, Multiplex Toronto Builders is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this website or reliance on its general information.
