Multiplex Construction Service Areas Across Toronto and the GTA

We build fourplexes, triplexes, approved-zone sixplexes, conversions and additions in six City of Toronto districts and six neighbouring GTA cities. Toronto lots follow EHON and By-law 569-2013. GTA cities follow their own additional unit rules, and we design to each one.

Zoning Note

EHON Applies in Toronto Only

Toronto's Expanding Housing Options in Neighbourhoods program allows up to four units as-of-right citywide, and six only in the Toronto and East York District and Scarborough Ward 23 North. It does not apply in Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Mississauga, Brampton or Pickering, where each city sets its own additional unit rules.
